KDT Machinery edge banders deliver high feed speeds up to 26 m/min. However, manual board catching at the outfeed often becomes the primary production bottleneck, leading to operator fatigue and board corner drops.
Retrofit Workflow for KDT Lines
- Space Verification: Verify a minimum 2.8-meter clear width alongside the KDT machine.
- Speed Synchronization: Match the Shunxin VFD return conveyor speed (15-35 m/min) to 1.2x the KDT feed speed to ensure clear spacing between successive boards.
- Turn Table Rotation: Utilize the right-angle air cushion rotation table to effortlessly spin heavy wardrobe side panels for multi-edge circulation.
